who am i?

I am a Feldenkrais Method practitioner. I graduated in 2009. In these pages you will find a short description of the Feldenkrais Method as well as information on the movement groups and individual lessons I'm offering. It is also possible to invite me to guide workshops to different groups, educational institutions or working places. At the moment I'm working in Helsinki.
